Taco Soup – A Quick And Easy Flavorful Soup

This recipe is quick to prepare and cook time is only around 20 minutes!

Ingredients

1 lb Ground Beef
1 Onion chopped
2 14.5 oz cans of Diced Tomatoes w/Green Chillies
2 15 oz cans of Pinto Beans (drained)
1 15 oz can of Black Beans (drained)
1 package Ranch Style Dressing Mix
1 packaged Taco Seasoning (less sodium pack)
1 can Cream Style Corn
1 cup of water (optional)

Brown beef and onions in a soup pot. Drain excess grease. Add remaining ingredients, stir, simmer for 20 minutes or till you are ready to eat! If it seems to thick you can add the water. I don’t as I like it thick. Add shredded cheese and sour cream on top. Frito scoops are also great to have with it! Enjoy!

***I double this recipe when I make it. It allows for leftovers for the next day!
